We are seeking a National Account Manager (NAM) to lead two of our key retail accounts – Lidl and Iceland – and drive growth across our Cheese, B&S, and PB categories. Responsibilities include:
- Be the primary contact for Lidl & Iceland, managing full P&L responsibility.
- Develop and deliver annual business plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments.
- Drive category growth through promotional planning and NPD initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales or Account Management within the FMCG sector, preferably with exposure to Own Label products.
- Strong skills in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with a proven track record of success.
- Natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
