We're looking for two dynamic National Account Managers to join our team, one focused on Convenience, and the other on High Street Discounters.
YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...
- Leading SDUK contact for either Convenience or High Street Discounters, holding full P&L responsibility across a diverse portfolio.
- Developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans aligned with SDUK's strategic goals.
- Leading commercial negotiations, ensuring volume and margin performance meets or exceeds budget expectations.
- Building and nurturing cross-functional relationships internally and externally to support long-term business growth.
- Supporting the development and execution of category programs, promotional plans, and NPD initiatives.
YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...
- Have proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, ideally with Own Label exposure.
- Are confident in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing complex commercial discussions.
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and customer-facing.
- Are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Can analyse data, extract insights, and translate them into creative, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
