Cathedral City is the UK's favourite cheese brand, celebrated for its rich heritage, exceptional quality, and commitment to innovation. We are offering a 12-month fixed-term contract for two marketing roles (Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager), covering two maternity leaves.

This is your chance to lead key projects, support innovation launches, and collaborate across teams to bring our brand to life. Whether an experienced Brand Manager or aspiring to be a Senior Brand Manager, you'll join a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, ownership, and impact.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

  • Acting as a custodian of quality across all brand touchpoints – from cheese and packaging to digital assets.
  • Leading or supporting the annual brand planning process, shaping strategies and impactful presentations.
  • Developing and tracking FY26/FY27 campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone and KPIs like share of voice, penetration, and brand equity.
  • Driving innovation by leading launches and co-creating a 3-year innovation pipeline based on insights and trends.
  • Launching new products and supporting licensing and partnerships.
  • Monitoring brand performance, identifying opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Contributing to financial planning through monthly A&P forecasting and budget input.
  • Collaborating with R&D, packaging, commercial, and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
  • Optimising key platforms such as Best of British and High Protein to increase sales and distribution.
  • Supporting commercial teams with rollout plans and rationales to grow listings.
