We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team in Weybridge. This is a key role partnering with our Milk & Procurement and Trading teams to ensure accurate farmer payments, milk cost forecasting, and insightful reporting that supports strategic decision-making. This role is based at our Weybridge site, with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week. Work pattern: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week with flexible hours available.

YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…

  • Leading monthly milk cost reporting and variance analysis in line with financial timetables.
  • Preparing payment reconciliations for ~260 farms and resolving ad hoc queries with the Farm Business Centre.
  • Reviewing and improving financial systems and controls to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Supporting milk contract updates and ensuring accurate farmer payments via MAPS.
  • Managing invoicing for milk sales and producing month-end journals and forecast reports.
  • Delivering balance sheet reconciliations for milk creditors and haulage.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all accounting deadlines and maintaining robust financial controls.
  • Partnering with the Trading team on dairy commodity reporting and forecasting.
  • Owning Power BI dashboard development for Milk Procurement.
  • Providing support and cover for the Senior Procurement Analyst.
