Join to apply for the Technician, Customer Operations role at Saputo Inc. This position is based at our Nuneaton site, with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week after full training. The role is part-time (30 hours over a 4-day week, including weekends).

Responsibilities
- Identifying potential and actual service issues, coordinating communication with the customer and relevant internal departments
- Participating in customer and corporate initiatives to increase supply chain efficiencies
- Receiving, validating and processing customer orders
- Investigating and managing delivery incidents and proactively resolving ongoing issues to improve service levels
- Managing promotional activity by ensuring correct product codes and effective dates are maintained in the system
- Working with technology to support KPI reporting
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall success of the customer operations department
- Identifying, initiating, documenting, and implementing new business processes to promote continuous improvement within supply chain and order management
Requirements / You’re best suited for the role if you are
- Experienced in a customer service role with understanding of sales administration within manufacturing, supply chain or logistics
- Detail-oriented with order processing
- Able to prioritise workload and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- A proven problem solver
- Comfortable using ERP systems and manipulating data with Excel
- Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working weekends and two days in the week
