Due to expansion, we are recruiting Production Operators to join us at our centre of excellence for cheese cutting and packing of the nation\’s favourite cheeses – Cathedral City, Davidstow, and Wensleydale.

Various Shift Patterns Available: Days, Lates & Nights

Salary: £23,320.20 to £28,965.96 per annum

+ site bonus scheme up to £800 per annum

Holiday: 25 Days per year + Bank Holidays

You will make contributions that matter by…

• Working as part of the Operations team in an air temperature of 12°C
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, cheese cutting, yield understanding & control, line setup, operation of wrapping machines, and using machinery and materials handling equipment
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

You are best suited for the role if you are…

• Familiar with working in a food production environment
• Experienced with manual handling, ideally gained in manufacturing
• Knowledgeable in Health and Safety
• Able to adapt to an ever-changing production environment
• Experienced working with different types of machinery
