SDUK's brands include the Nations favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products. This is your chance to take ownership of the iconic Davidstow brand and a dynamic Private Label portfolio, steering strategy and delivering marketing initiatives that make a real impact. With the autonomy to influence every stage of the marketing mix, from innovation and packaging to integrated campaigns, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and key retail partners to bring bold ideas to life. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Cheese, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand fame, strengthening customer relationships, and shaping the future of a heritage brand.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY- Leading the 13-year business plan for Davidstow and Private Label with full P&L and budget ownership
- Developing and executing insight-led brand strategies to achieve market, brand, and financial KPIs
- Driving NPD projects and creating compelling selling stories to win distribution and engage customers
- Managing integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Davidstow's premium positioning
- Presenting brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within food or drink
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L interpretation and budget management
- Ability to bring a brand to life through creative storytelling and innovative marketing approaches
- Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Interest in NPD and packaging design (preferred but not essential)
