This role is a management position that will lead a team of six to focus on site engineering activity across reactive and proactive engineering requirements with a focus on continuous improvement and development for the team, and systems and controls. There role will be truly impactful for day-to-day operational improvements by partnering with production teams and leading on transformational projects.
Youll offer technical and people leadership, utilise data to improve strategies, and develop the engineering capabilities for the site.
