This position is a key hire to oversee operational integrity and performance of all production equipment. Included in this will be the development and implementation of asset care strategies, conducting regular inspections, and utilising preventative maintenance schedules and gathering detailed data on equipment performance to develop actionable insights for enhancing reliability and efficiency. Within the role, you will also have a focus on continuous improvement (CI) and site performance enhancements, which will include identifying opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and participating in equipment upgrades and modifications to support long-term operational objectives and sustainability goals.
