Join Sapphire as a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and clients, working with teams to deliver impactful cyber guidance and secure solutions for both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Tailor solutions to client needs for maximum ROI
- Customer Engagement: Lead tech discussions in client meetings, webinars, & events
- Solution Presentation: Craft & deliver compelling proposals that win clients over
- Account Development: Support Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities
- Product Development: Collaborate with sales to discover product opportunities
- Knowledge Sharing: Be a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec; host training and webinars
Skills & Experience:
- UK-wide travel (full driving license required)
- Experience in information security for large organisations
- Deep knowledge of SIEM, XDR, firewalls, especially Microsoft Security
- CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications
