This Vendor Support role sits at the heart of our Vendor Management function — keeping supplier records accurate, onboarding tidy, renewals on track, and teams connected.

What you'll do (day to day)

  • Coordinate vendor onboarding & due diligence docs
  • Maintain audit‐ready vendor files (contracts, compliance evidence, contacts)
  • Support renewals, quotes & reporting (incl. Salesforce updates)
  • Collate KPI/SLA inputs and keep trackers/reporting up to date
  • Triage vendor queries, escalate smartly, and track actions to closure
  • Help Sales + Marketing align on vendor activity and go‐to‐market support

What we're looking for

  • Experience in admin / sales support / procurement / vendor support (or similar)
  • Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Confidence juggling tasks and keeping great records
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
