This is a fully office based, hands-on role for someone who likes being at the centre of a business.
The role In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day office and administrative functions.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage and support the Back Office Team while working closely with Service Coordination, Administration and Sales.
A big part of the role is making sure everyone has the information and support they need to do their jobs effectively.
You will spot where processes could work better, help resolve issues and keep activity moving across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Back Office Team, Service Coordinator and Administrator.
- Organise workloads, priorities and daily office activity.
- Keep communication flowing between Sales, Service and Operations.
- Monitor workflows and help ensure activities progress on time.
- Support the Operations Director with day-to-day operational matters.
- Maintain accurate business records, systems and documentation.
- Coordinate compliance and ISO activities.
- Help prepare for internal and external audits.
- Track actions, improvements and process changes through to completion.
- Support customer requirements and response times.
- Look for practical ways to improve efficiency across the office.
