We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store operations, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time onsite position based in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Role Brief

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and high operational standards
  • Drive sales performance through effective sales strategies and team motivation
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming in-store experience
  • Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment, stock accuracy, and loss prevention
  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to increase store traffic and sales
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, both in person and over the phone
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor store KPIs and prepare operational and sales reports
  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred (Diploma of Higher Education will also be considered)
  • 6–10 years of relevant retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Emotionally mature with strong professional integrity
  • Ability to foster a positive and performance-driven team culture
  • Proficient in retail systems, reporting, and inventory management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
