About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Bullring, Birmingham store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail, customer experience, team development, and sales growth. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently and professionally
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred

Experience

6–10 years of relevant retail experience. Previous experience in fashion retail management preferred.

Candidates must have one of the following:

  • Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
