Sapphire Financial Planning is looking for an organised, client-focused Business Processing Executive to join us on a maternity cover basis. This role is central to ensuring client investment business is processed smoothly, accurately and in line with required policies and procedures.

Sapphire Financial Planning is a financial planning firm providing advice and ongoing support to individuals and families. We operate in association with St. James’s Place Wealth Management, a leading UK wealth management business providing financial advice and investment management solutions, alongside strong operational and regulatory frameworks.
The role:
You’ll liaise with clients who are making investments, working closely with our advisers, internal administration teams and third-party providers to oversee cases end-to-end and keep everything progressing efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the investment processing journey, providing clear updates and guidance.
- Liaise with advisers, internal administration teams and third-party providers to progress applications through to completion.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and recorded appropriately at each stage.
- Oversee case pipelines, proactively chasing outstanding items and resolving queries to prevent delays.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring files are audit-ready and compliant with internal procedures.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in financial services administration / business processing / client servicing (financial planning environment preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using systems, email and provider platforms.
