We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am till 4:30pm.

As the UK Sales Manager, you will lead and provide support to the UK sales team through an exciting phase of expansion into international markets. Specifically, you will be the driving force behind our sales accomplishments, ensuring the team delivers a £70m+ sales target for the UK and Ireland.
Drawing on your leadership strengths, you'll guide a high-performing sales and estimating team to reach new heights, identifying emerging opportunities, overcoming challenges, mitigating risks and unlocking the value of previously untapped prospects. Additionally, you will:
- Craft impactful strategies
- Foster strong, lasting client relationships
- Attend key sales meetings and executive-level pitches
- Hold weekly sales meetings to align strategies
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to the Sales Director
- Develop and implement improved systems and processes
- Ensure a seamless sales handover to operations
About You
To be considered as a Sales Manager, you will need:
- At least five years experience in sales
- Experience in large project construction (such as the balcony/façade/window sector)
- At least five years' experience managing a sales team in a leadership role
- At least seven years' progressive responsibility with demonstrable results
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence
