We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role

Leading our talented UK sales team, youll be the driving force behind our growth plans, ensuring that targets are smashed, opportunities are maximised, and relationships are built to last.

Youll inspire, develop and hold the team accountable while nurturing our culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Expect no two days to be the same. From high-level strategy to energising pitches and C-suite conversations, youll be in your element forecasting, training, motivating and helping us build a global balcony brand thats trusted by major players in construction.

Day-to-day, youll:

– Drive and support the UK sales team to hit ambitious growth targets
– Identify and develop new business opportunities while mitigating risks
– Build strong client relationships and represent Sapphire in meetings and pitches
– Use your deep market insight and analysis tools to manage pipelines effectively
– Forecast sales performance and report to the Sales Director
– Champion best practices, training, and development for your team

What Youll Bring

At Sapphire Balconies, you wont just be selling youll be shaping the skyline, pushing boundaries, and setting the standard for a growing global brand.

To hit the ground running, youll need:

– Extensive experience leading sales teams and driving strategic growth in complex, high-value environments. A Sales person through and through.
– Balcony/Faade/Window experience within large project construction businesses
– Ability to demonstrate pipeline management using sales analysis tools, win maps, and other proven methods
– Strong knowledge of market and competitors
– Strong understanding of regulations governing balustrade and handrails
– Ability to read and understand technical drawings
– Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
– A full, valid UK driving licence
