Sapientia Education Trust in Fakenham is seeking a dedicated Student Support Leader to join the Pastoral Team at Fakenham Academy from September 2026.

You will work flexibly with students, teachers and SLT to support attendance, behaviour and SEND needs, helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.

The role requires a calm, proactive approach, strong communication, and reliability.
