Salary: FTE: £25,185 - £25,989 per annum, Pro Rata: £22,511 - £23,648 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay

Role Overview

Learning Support Assistants play a vital part in delivering high-quality SEND provision across the Academy. Deployment may include:

  • In-class support
  • Small-group or 1:1 interventions
  • Working within specialist Nurture classrooms, the Cognition & Learning Base, or the SEMH Base
