- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons within Nurture Classes.
- Support pupils to access the curriculum and develop independence.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, families, and external professionals.

Role Overview Higher Level Teaching Assistants play a vital part in delivering high-quality SEND provision across the Academy.
Deployment may include
- Plan, resource and deliver lessons in collaboration with teachers and SEND colleagues.
- Provide targeted intervention and personalised support for students with SEND.
- Working within specialist Nurture classrooms, the Cognition & Learning Base, or the SEMH Base
- Supervise classes when teachers are temporarily unavailable.
- Attend Parents' Evening alongside Lead Nurture Teacher/Nurture Teacher Applications are welcomed from aspiring teachers or those seeking to develop a career in education or the public sector.
