THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. As a HLTA Pastoral, you will support pupils, families and safeguarding processes while working closely with the Head of School (Inclusion Leader). The role includes occasional whole-class teaching.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide pastoral and behavioural support across the school
- Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Work with families to improve attendance and wellbeing
- Deliver targeted pastoral interventions
- Provide emotional regulation support for pupils
