Starting ASAP Permanent, 1436 annualised hours to be worked over 38 weeks (Term Time plus 3 Weeks) FTE: SCP 12-17 £28,958 - £31,022 per annum Pro-rata £24,474 - £27,028 per annum including an allowance for holiday pay.

The Data & Exams Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth, secure and compliant running of internal and external examinations, as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student data across the College’s MIS. Working under the direction of the Data Manager and the Exams, Access and Standards Manager, the postholder will assist with exam timetables, candidate entries, assessment records, invigilator support, and the secure handling of confidential materials. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during busy examination periods. The postholder will liaise with staff, students, parents, and awarding bodies to ensure a professional and student‑focused service.
