We are seeking to appoint a flexible, resilient and hardworking Classroom Assistant to join the Academy's SEND Team. This part‑time position works one day per week, ideally on Wednesdays, and is linked to individual students who need help and support in lessons to enable them to access their learning and make progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide help and support to students during lessons to enable them to access learning and make progress.
- Assist the SEND Team in delivering personalized care and support.
- Set clear guidelines for pupils and help them follow these guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success.

- Proven experience working with vulnerable and challenging students (advantage).
