Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education across its 83-acre campus. The College currently is one of the top State Schools in the Country and is recognised as one of the highest performing State Schools in the East of England, this is backed up by its most recent Ofsted inspections which rated the College as Outstanding in both Education and Boarding 2023.
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Manager to lead the College's data management service. The postholder will oversee the development, accuracy, and strategic use of the College's MIS, ensuring data systems support school improvement, Trust-level requirements and school level data in line with DfE requirements and the Ofsted Inspection Framework. This includes preparing the MIS for the new academic year, supporting key platforms such as 4Matrix and FFT Aspire and work in partnership with the College Senior Leadership Team to implement a whole College plan for data and the use of the MIS across the College, covering targets, assessments, behaviour reporting, attendance, admissions data, census etc.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, advanced data expertise and strong communication. The postholder will also line manage the Data & Exams Assistant and oversee data protection processes in line with GDPR.
