HR Administrator Location: Wymondham Salary: point 7-11 / £25,584 – £27,269 per annum Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2025, Full Time 37 Hours per week At the Education Trust, their students are at the heart of everything that they do, and working in their HR team is no exception. They are looking for someone with a shared passion for enriching the lives of their learners through a continued commitment to delivery of high-quality service and guidance to their staff. This role is based at their Central Hub at Wymondham College. The Role The HR Administrator’s primary role is to work as an integral part of the HR Team, providing the central recruitment and HR Administration function to the Trust schools. The role includes the following: * Producing accurate adverts and job descriptions for new posts; * Arranging interviews; * Conducting pre-employment and compliance checks to ensure all new staff meet the requirements; * Assisting with induction and on-boarding processes for new staff; * Work closely with payroll, audit and run reports: * Setting up new starters on payroll and calculate complex pay and holiday entitlement; About Them The Education Trust was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Trust currently consists of 9 secondary schools and 11 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils.
