The College Office sits at the heart of the College, with the team playing an essential role in the day-to-day operations of Wymondham College. Leading this vital team is the College Office Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the College Office Manager will lead, manage and develop the Administration team, ensuring that the College Office operates as a highly effective, professional and responsive service. This role requires a confident and visible leader who can influence, motivate and support staff, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively with senior leaders, teaching staff and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping administrative practice across the College and embedding high standards of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator with proven leadership experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing people, processes and change.

Qualifications and Experience
- A good level of literacy and numeracy;
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in administration;
- Level 3 or equivalent in Leadership and Management;
- Experience leading and managing a team;
- Have exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office procedures;
- Experience in education would be desirable.
