Sapiens UK is looking for an Application Training Specialist/Technical Trainer to join our Cardiff team. You will deliver high-quality training on our Life & Pensions solution: CoreSuite to internal teams, partners, and customers. Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and skilled Application Instructor/Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training on CoreSuite, our flagship product, to internal teams, partners, and customers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with CoreSuite, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
What You Will Do
- External and Internal Training: Deliver training sessions on CoreSuite\’s usage, features, and benefits.
- Remote and On-Site Training: Conduct remote sessions and travel to customer sites across the US and Europe for on-the-job training and implementation.
- CoreSuite Configuration: Provide training on configuring CoreSuite.
- Technical Content Creation: Develop tutorials, user guides, and documentation for users.
- Training Environment Readiness: Coordinate with development to ensure training environments are prepared.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for training schedules and preparations.
- Training Coordination: Manage logistics aligned with project timelines.
- Customer Support: Provide post-training support for successful adoption.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on CoreSuite and industry developments.
What You Need To Succeed
- +3 years experience in application training, software implementation; insurance sector experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in Life Insurance.
- Bachelor\’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience as a business analyst/support with a technical background is advantageous.
- Experience creating technical training materials.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable with remote and in-person training.
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel to the US and Europe.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and in a global team.
