Sapiens is seeking an expert of the Property & Casualty Industry. Our Product Marketing Manager will hold a pivotal role in crafting our product messaging, positioning and go-to-market. You will focus on the successful promotion and positioning of the Sapiens Property & Casualty Solutions. You will conceive and develop market analysis practices, understand the market dynamics, help in developing and conceiving the product roadmap and future vision, and help execute innovative marketing programs that drive demand, develop the company’s position as a leader in its category, create and execute on an integrated plan with sales to deliver significant business growth, including enabling the sales team to achieve targets. You will have strong influencing skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use this data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Product Positioning: Define and refine the unique value proposition of Sapiens’ suite of Property & Casualty product offerings, positioning them effectively in the market to address customer pain points and differentiate from competitors.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, sales presentations, website content, case studies, competitive battle cards, customer workshops and other materials that communicate the product's benefits to customers.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist in developing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches, including target audience segmentation and marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Work with the marketing department to plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads, drive product awareness, and support sales efforts.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, insurance practice, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and effective communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong Property & Casualty/General Insurance domain experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in product marketing / business consultancy / product & market development in the Property & Casualty/General Insurance SaaS space.
  • Experience in market analysis, product-market fit, roadmap development and marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Adept at developing effective working relationships with peers, managers, and senior management within and across organizational lines, and working effectively and cooperatively with customers and vendors.
  • Self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment and with strong ability to anticipate challenges and work assertively to solve problems with a cross-functional team.
  • Adjusts well to changes, situations, and periods of ambiguity (e.g., different management styles, new methods, systems, and procedures) and changing priorities within the business and the marketplace.
  • Ability to multi-task, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expert skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Design Thinking and/or Pragmatic Marketing experience desired.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field, or equivalent qualifications.
