- A strong understanding of enterprise B2B customer lifecycles, including renewals, notice periods, contract structures (including SaaS), and multi-year account planning.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously, exercising sound judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Proven experience producing leadership-ready materials, analysis, and reporting in a complex industry (preferably insurance software), using standard industry tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI).
- Experience working within a born-in-the-cloud software company, with strong familiarity in cloud-native commercial models and SaaS deal structures.
