Sapiens is seeking a commercially minded Pricing Analyst to play a key supporting role in enabling consistent, scalable pricing and packaging governance across the business, as part of broader goâtoâmarket growth initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Commercial strategy, Monetisation and Pricing, the role contributes directly to the evolution of Sapiens' pricing strategy, including active involvement in the company's transition toward a subscriptionâbased commercial model and the continued shift to a productâled, SaaSâcentric pricing model.
Operating as part of the centralised Revenue Operations (RevOps) function, you will support the design, development, maintenance, and continuous refinement of pricing frameworks, price books, packaging structures, and discount guardrails, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial and goâtoâmarket objectives. The role supports the wider GTM effort with clear leadership priorities, providing analysis and insight to help sales teams structure deals effectively and adhere to commercial imperatives. The role acts as a primary point of contact for standard and nonâstandard pricing queries from sales teams and broader business stakeholders.
You will contribute directly to the RevOps mission of driving accountability, consistency, and transparency across the revenue lifecycle, working closely with Deals Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, and Finance. As part of a highâimpact team, the role supports longâterm revenue performance through scalable pricing mechanisms, highâquality enablement materials, and disciplined application of pricing and packaging guardrails across the organisation.

The Pricing Analyst role offers wide exposure across teams and acts as a strong platform for progression into senior Pricing, Revenue Operations, or broader commercial roles as Sapiens continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analytical and operational support to the Pricing Manager through scenario analysis and the creation, maintenance, and governance of pricing frameworks, price books, growth mechanisms, and packaging structures.
- Support the evolution of valueâbased and segmented pricing approaches by contributing analysis on customer segments, willingnessâtoâpay factors, and differentiated product offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for standard and nonâstandard pricing queries, providing timely, accurate, and aligned guidance.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Deals Desk, Pricing, and Finance to ensure pricing inputs and approval requirements are understood and applied consistently.
- Prepare pricing analysis, benchmarks, cohort and segment views, and deal comparisons to support approvals, negotiations, and executive decisionâmaking.
- Maintain pricing documentation and enablement materials to ensure clarity and consistency across the organisation.
- Support deal governance by supporting enterprise workflows, approval processes, and reporting, helping to embed consistent and transparent pricing practices.
- Partner with Deals Desk (Deals Ops), Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Planning teams to ensure pricing decisions align with revenue targets, renewal expectations, and forecasting guardrails.
- Monitor and analyse key trends of pricing performance, discount trends, renewals and expansion dynamics, and pricing leakage across the revenue lifecycle.
- 3â5 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, commercial analytics, or financeârelated roles, supporting pricing structures, packaging, or commercial governance in a B2B software environment.
- Experience supporting or working within SaaS/subscription pricing models, including subscriptionâbased pricing, renewals/expansion dynamics, and cloud migration commercial constructs.
- A proven track record in pricing scenarios, discounts, revenue guardrails, and approvals, with the ability to present actionable recommendations for nonâtechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work crossâfunctionally with sales, finance, and operations teams, contributing effectively within structured processes and established governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability to interrogate data, develop and maintain complex pricing models, and produce robust analysis while ensuring accurate pricing documentation in a fastâpaced, scaling organization.
- Experience working within a born-in-the-cloud software company, with strong familiarity in cloud-native commercial models and SaaS deal structures.
