The Field Marketing Operations Coordinator (RoW) serves as the operational backbone of the Field Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving project management discipline, coordinating campaign assets, maintaining data hygiene checkpoints, tracking budgets, and owning always-on visibility programs that ensure consistent communication with customers and prospects. This individual plays a critical role in keeping the team organized, on schedule, and aligned across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional coordination, and brings a high level of structure, accuracy, and accountability to marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Operations & Project Management
- Own and manage the operational project tracking system across marketing programs
- Traffic campaign assets between Field Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders
- Manage approval workflows to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Proactively identify and flag timeline risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place
- Budget Tracking & Procurement
- Maintain and manage the marketing budget tracker, including commitments, actuals, POs, and invoices by program
- Process purchase orders and track procurement activities
- Provide ongoing budget visibility and rolling forecasts to Marketing leadership
- Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation with budget insights and reporting
- Program Management
- Own execution of “always-on” marketing programs (e.g., newsletters and ongoing visibility campaigns)
- Ensure consistent delivery and optimization of programs that support continuous engagement with customers and prospects
- CRM & Data Management
- Coordinate campaign lead uploads and ensure proper deduplication processes
- Partner with Digital and Growth Marketing teams to conduct quarterly data quality audits
- Support audience segmentation and list pulls for email and campaign execution
- Performance Reporting
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support the development of quarterly business review materials, including insights and analysis for leadership
- Tools & Platforms
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
- Event registration platforms

Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, marketing operations, program coordination, or campaign execution in a B2B environment (new grads with prior corporate marketing internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
- Exposure to field marketing, demand generation, or campaign environments preferred.
- Experience supporting field marketing or regional marketing teams preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience
