Sapiens is hiring a Manager, Channel Enablement & Certification - a key global role for a natural orchestrator who loves empowering partners to succeed. In this high-impact position, you’ll design and deliver scalable enablement and certification programs that elevate the capability, confidence, and consistency of our partners across EMEA and selected international markets.
Role Overview
The Manager, Channel Enablement & Certification is responsible for building scalable, regionally relevant partner enablement and certification programs across ROW, with EMEA as the primary focus. This role ensures partners across diverse geographies are consistently enabled and certified to deliver Sapiens solutions to a high standard. The role balances global consistency with regional adaptability, enabling partners to succeed across markets while operating within a unified enablement framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Enablement & Certification Programs
- Deliver partner enablement and certification programs across EMEA and supporting ROW markets, with EMEA representing the core scope.
- Implement scalable certification frameworks that accommodate different partner models, market maturity levels, and delivery approaches.
- Support partner onboarding and ongoing capability development across established and emerging markets.
- Localize training and certification content to reflect regional market needs, regulatory considerations, and delivery models.
- Coordinate enablement delivery across regions, time zones, and (where applicable) languages.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure enablement programs are accessible, practical, and impactful.
- Partner Capability & Quality Enablement
- Build partner capability through structured learning paths, certifications, and readiness programs.
- Enable partners to participate in customer engagements with confidence and consistency.
- Continuously strengthen partner delivery quality through enablement and certification standards.
- Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Work closely with Global Channels, Product, Services, and Regional Sales teams.
- Act as a key point of coordination for partner enablement across EMEA and broader ROW markets.
- Ensure alignment between global enablement standards and regional execution needs.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track certification progress, enablement adoption, and partner readiness across ROW.
- Share insights and recommendations with Channel and GTM leadership.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and governance of enablement and certification programs.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in partner enablement, training, channel operations, or sales enablement within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Experience delivering enablement programs across multiple regions or international markets.
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
