We are looking for a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK based P&C Insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline across both new and existing market segments. You will work directly with senior stakeholders - including managers, directors, and C level executives - within the insurance industry, helping to initiate meaningful commercial conversations around digital transformation and enterprise SaaS solutions.

If you are skilled at uncovering business needs, building rapport with senior decision makers, and driving high quality pipeline, this role is built for you.
Where you'll work: Remote - within UK. Please note that we are not offering visa/relocation support.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively identify, prospect, nurture, and qualify leads across targeted P&C insurance segments.
- Execute omnichannel lead nurturing and qualification cadences, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders, including managers and C level executives.
- Leverage sales technologies, automation, and AI enabled tools to improve productivity, insight, and execution quality.
- Accurately manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
