Join us and play a pivotal role in transforming AI innovation into real customer value. Working across Professional Services, Sales, and AI programme teams, you'll drive agent adoption, identify high-impact use cases, measure business outcomes, and help shape our AI strategy. If you have experience in enterprise software delivery, change management, and commercial stakeholder engagement - and are excited about helping organisations realise the full potential of AI - we'd love to hear from you.
Role Purpose: The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead owns everything that happens once agents are built. This role is the bridge between the agent build programme and the PS field responsible for tracking deployment and adoption across PS teams, measuring outcomes against a consistent framework, identifying which use cases belong with which accounts, and connecting delivery performance back into commercial conversations. The role requires equal parts consultative credibility, analytical rigour, and business fluency.
What you will do:
- Adoption Tracking & Measurement: Maintain a live view of tactical agent deployment across PS teams, which agents are deployed, with which accounts, at what stage of adoption. Identify patterns in adoption data, what is working, where uptake is stalling, and what the root causes are and turn those insights into actionable recommendations. Produce regular adoption reporting for programme leadership.
- Use Case Routing & Account Strategy: Assess the pipeline of available agent use cases and map them to the right accounts based on delivery maturity, relationship context, and commercial fit. Work with PS delivery leads and the CRO's team to sequence agent deployment in a way that maximises both delivery success and commercial value. Flag where use case demand exists in the field but is not yet being met by the build programme, feeding that signal back into pipeline prioritisation.
- Commercial Bridge: Connect delivery outcomes what agents are achieving, where they are creating measurable value back into the commercial conversation with customers and prospects. Support the CRO and account teams with materials, case evidence, and data to make the commercial case for agent deployment. Work closely with the pricing and packaging workstream to ensure adoption data informs subscription and consumption model development.
- PS Field Enablement: Serve as the primary interface between the build programme and PS delivery teams translating what is being built into practical guidance for PS leads on how to deploy it. Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and onboarding guides that allow PS teams to adopt agents confidently without requiring constant central support. Identify where PS capability gaps are limiting adoption and escalate or address accordingly.
What we are looking for:
- Background in Professional Services delivery ideally within enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or a related sector with direct experience of delivery lifecycle management.
- Experience working with AI or data-driven tools in a deployment or enablement capacity; sufficient technical literacy to understand what agents do and how they integrate into delivery workflows.
- Track record of building measurement frameworks, tracking adoption programmes, or leading change management initiatives in complex organisations.
- Commercial exposure: comfortable engaging in account strategy conversations and translating delivery outcomes into commercial language.
