To ensure the success of our transformation, we need a dedicated Project Manager. This role will provide continuous status oversight and ensure alignment across teams. Having a dedicated resource will keep workstreams moving forward, proactively managing risks and bottlenecks. This role is critical for maintaining pace, ensuring smooth coordination, and driving the program’s overall success.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, maintain and operate transformation workstreams, including timelines and milestones.
- Lead on specific projects.
- Act as a gatekeeper, raising flags based on project needs and priorities.
- Coordinate between workstreams and divisions.
- Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and document protocols.
- Prepare presentations and other materials as needed.
Requirements
