Sapiens UK is hiring a Head of Field Marketing - a senior go‑to‑market leader accountable for driving pipeline growth, accelerating deals, and enabling regional revenue performance through integrated field marketing programs. Based in the United Kingdom, this role owns the Field Marketing strategy and execution for EMEA as the primary region, while also supporting select international (Rest of World) markets as required.

The role acts as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership, translating global strategy into regional impact and ensuring marketing investments directly support pipeline, revenue, and market expansion goals.

Location / working model: Hybrid London (EC3R) or Remote UK with travel as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Marketing Strategy & GTM Execution: Define and execute the Field Marketing strategy for EMEA, aligned with global GTM priorities and regional revenue objectives. Support broader international (ROW) markets as required, with EMEA representing the core focus and majority of scope. Translate corporate and product marketing strategy into regionally relevant campaigns, programs, and events that drive demand and pipeline progression. Own the regional Field Marketing plan, budget allocation, and performance tracking. Serve as the primary marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership, ensuring tight alignment on priorities, target accounts, and growth plays. Design and execute sales‑aligned programs, including ABM initiatives, regional campaigns, executive events, and partner‑led activities that directly support pipeline creation and deal acceleration. Support priority deals and strategic accounts with tailored field programs and localized messaging.
  • Campaigns, Programs & Events: Lead execution of integrated field campaigns, including customer events, industry conferences, executive roundtables, and partner initiatives. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Channels to localize messaging while maintaining global consistency. Ensure field programs are measurable, scalable, and repeatable across EMEA and relevant ROW markets.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing Field Marketing team across EMEA and supporting international markets. Establish clear priorities, operating cadence, and accountability across the team. Act as a senior Field Marketing leader within the regional GTM organization.
  • Measurement, Insights & Optimisation: Own regional Field Marketing KPIs, including pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROI. Use insights and performance data to continuously optimise programs and resource allocation. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to Marketing and GTM leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through field‑led marketing programs.
  • Deep experience partnering with Sales leadership in a regional or global matrix organization.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross‑functionally.
  • Experience leading and developing distributed teams.
