Join us and play a pivotal role in taking AI agents from R&D and delivery builds into production-grade capabilities that deliver real, measurable customer value. This role involves managing a team across multiple accounts and products, acting as the bridge between the agent build programme, Professional Services, Sales, and AI programme teams. If you are a hands-on AI practitioner with experience managing stakeholders from BU managers to C-level, the technical depth to deep-dive into why a specific agent isn't working, and a bias for fast, measurable results - we'd love to hear from you.
Working model/location: Hybrid (flexible), London
Role Purpose: The AI Enablement Director owns everything that happens once AI agents are built anywhere in the company – hardening, cataloguing, and operationalising them into production-grade capabilities, closing the feedback loop between end users and builders, and measuring adoption and efficiency gains. The role requires equal parts technical depth, consultative credibility, analytical rigour, and business fluency, with expertise to go deep into why a specific agent use case succeeded or failed rather than speak about AI at a high level.
What you will do:
- Adoption Tracking & Measurement: Maintain a live view of tactical agent deployment across PS teams, identifying patterns in adoption data, producing regular adoption reporting for programme leadership.
- Use Case Routing & Account Strategy: Assess the pipeline of available agent use cases and map them to the right accounts based on delivery maturity, relationship context, and commercial fit.
- Commercial Bridge: Connect delivery outcomes what agents are achieving, supporting the CRO and account teams with materials, case evidence, and data.
- PS Field Enablement: Serve as the primary interface between the build programme and PS delivery teams, developing enablement materials and identifying capability gaps.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead and grow a team spanning multiple accounts and products, operating with the seniority to push back constructively on R&D leadership.
What we are looking for:
- Background in Professional Services delivery ideally within enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or a related sector.
- A genuine AI agent builder with direct experience of delivery lifecycle management.
- Track record of building measurement frameworks, tracking adoption programmes, or leading change management initiatives.
- Commercial exposure: comfortable engaging in account strategy conversations.
- Proven experience operating at director/senior stakeholder level.
- A bias for fast, measurable delivery.
- People management experience is required.
