This role serves as the operational backbone of the Professional Services Delivery function, driving its seamless daily operations with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Collaborating cross‑functionally, the incumbent will manage communications, administrative workflows, and implement processes that drive efficiency. They will provide PS strategic clarity, financial discipline, and delivery excellence by streamlining processes, owning performance visibility, and enabling the BU to scale efficiently. The role is equal parts analyst, programme coordinator, and operator – comfortable moving between high‑level strategic support and detailed execution.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Control & Budget Management
    • Monitor and control programme financial performance working with Finance
    • Monitor resource allocation and capacity alignment across the BU
    • Maintain CRM opportunity governance and pipeline hygiene
  • Reporting & Performance Visibility
    • Establish and maintain health KPIs covering all aspects of PS & Delivery function
    • Create and own reporting standards, working with Programme Directors on status reporting cadence and progress tracking across the portfolio
    • Track strategic initiatives including AI programmes and cross‑team workstreams
  • Governance & Process Improvement
    • Lead process standardisation initiatives and continuous enablement to remove operational inefficiencies
    • Work closely with Programme Directors to ensure execution alignment and workflow consistency
    • Manage the CLM system – internal contract approval cycles and governance
    • Maintain the Delivery organisational structure and keep it accurate and current
  • Knowledge Management
    • Own, maintain and promote the central knowledge repository – structured, accessible, and up‑to‑date
    • Drive standardisation of lessons learned and their implementation in projects delivery
    • Organise and facilitate BU Town Halls and internal communications rhythms

Qualifications

  • Commercial Support
    • Experience supporting RFP responses and proposal preparation in a professional services context
    • Ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, and SMEs to produce compelling bid content
  • AI & Automation Fluency
    • Familiarity with AI‑driven tools for reporting automation, workflow optimisation, or data analysis
