SapienAI in Europe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who embeds in customer teams and owns AI work end-to-end, from idea to production. You’ll operate between business and technology, translating needs into live Claude-based solutions and coaching teams in adoption.

You’ll typically work with one or two clients, spotting next opportunities while delivering current use cases, shaping solutions, and ensuring governance and scalable, responsible AI across Claude, Cowork and Code.
