  • Work closely with Production teams to ensure high quality and efficient production of transducers
  • Aid the development and introduction of new designs into production
  • Provide technical leadership in evaluation and validation of product performance through the life cycle
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to specify quality of early-stage designs
  • Develop and communicate continuous improvement strategies for consistency and performance
