Sapien Engineering are looking for a Production Engineer to join a defence client near Ramsgate, Kent. This is a permanent role paying up to 40,000 D.O.E + benefits.

Job requirements:

  • Manage manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Electronics knowledge essential.
  • Create production plans and build documentation.
  • Improve efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement and new product introduction.
  • Lead production engineering for technology transfer projects.
  • Write work instructions and equipment specifications.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by management.
