Our client is a London based Medical Device start-up business, who are closing in on FDA Approval of their first version of device. They are seeking someone who can grow with them, with long term aspirations to become a Design/Development Engineer within the business.
The role will initially involve working in a hands-on capacity, building, prototyping, and testing devices to ensure they meet regulations. The position of Medical Device Engineer will be best suited to either someone who has recently graduated or is within the first few years of their career.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble & Test high-precision sensors
- Document Procedures
- Contribute to design verification and validation
- Help maintain lab equipment and ensure safe and organised environment
Skill Required
- Degree Educated within Engineering, Physics or related technical field
- Ideally experience within device assembly, testing or lab work (not essential)
- Eager to learn, grow and develop, someone who is curious and shows initiative
- Technical drawing, schematics, and quality standards understanding
