Their focus is naturally offering a great level of product to their client but specifically they lock in on NPD and commercialisation of their products.
Job Responsibilities
- Full Life Cycle Design - Concept to Production
- Mentoring/Leading other Electronic Design Engineer(s)
- Product Development and Commercialisation
- EMC Compliance, PCB Layout and Schematic Capture
Skill Required
- Someone with circa 10 years in industry and circa 3 years in a Lead/Senior role
- Has a track record for mentoring, coaching, leading other engineering professionals
- Able to demonstrate their full product life cycle experience and development work
- Someone who can show their commercial acumen on their electronic design projects
- Altium user preferred but not essential
Compensation & Other Benefits
