Our client is a design and manufacturer for the Automotive Industry, with several smaller scale projects supporting additional marketplaces. They have a fantastic culture, recognizing staff for their work regularly, in‑house training, new state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a collaborative environment. Their focus is naturally offering a great level of product to their client but specifically they lock in on NPD and commercialization of their products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from cradle to grave, on time and within budget
  • Manage internal and external resources to keep projects on track
  • Lead meetings, drive actions, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders within the projects
  • Show initiative to troubleshoot issues and make critical decisions under pressure
  • Keep response times within set KPIs

Skill Required

  • Can demonstrate full cradle to grave Project Management, delivering projects on time and with small teams
  • 5 years experience within Project Management in engineering or manufacturing, ideally coming from engineering or manufacturing in some capacity prior (the latter is not essential)
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility, where you have rolled your sleeves up, shown initiative to get projects across the line
  • Ideally holding a project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE 2, APM etc)

Compensation & Other Benefits

  • £50,000 to £70,000 per annum (based on experience)
