We are working with a leading UK-based manufacturing client who operates in sensor technology for industrial manufacturing processes globally. They conduct full system solutions and install around the world, and are now looking to hire a Mechatronic Graduate Engineer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, resellers, and integrators.
- Visiting customer sites in the UK (monthly) and internationally (2β3 times a year) to test and evaluate sensor performance.
- Conducting product testing, materials analysis, and system integration to ensure application suitability.
- Assisting in the development of installation procedures, technical guides, and training documentation.
- Run training sessions and support product demonstrations both remotely and in person.
- Feedback valuable insight to the internal R&D team on performance and product improvements.
Skills Required
- Degree in Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic or similar (not looking for Mechanical or Computer Science).
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Professional and confident in both written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable visiting customer sites and adapting to varied environments.
- Advantageous to have experience writing technical documentation or user guides.
- Full UK Driving Licence and Car are essential.
