Design Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities * Design from Concept to Inception, working on both off the shelf and bespoke solutions * Manage multiple projects simultaneously * Liaise with customers directly during projects, including site visits (occasionally) * Maintain technical documentation * Provide cost effective design solutions * Work closely with manufacturing division Skill Required * Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or time-served with very relevant skills (as listed below) * Designed for industrial environments, technical design skills including conveyors, linkages, bearings, mechanism, or some form of machinery * Circa 8 years’ experience in Design Engineering * Full Product Life Cycle Experience and experiences which relate to the above job responsivities are key Compensation & Other Benefits * Competitive Salary, £50,000 to £60,000 * Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Healthcare * Inhouse training and development opportunities Applicants must be free to travel worldwide with no restrictions, and hold a Full UK Manual or Automatic Driving Licence.
