Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and co-ordinating a small multidisciplined engineering team
- Owning and managing complete vehicle systems from concept to production
- Managing day to day resource within the team
- Planning/Managing timing and budget costs for the engineering development
- Overseeing the sourcing of parts, systems, and quality control
Skill Required:
- Ideally 20 years of experience in Automotive, Motorsport, or F1
- Mechanically Trained, knowledge of Catia V6, CAE software suites
- Passionate about project delivery and ownership
- Managed and Delivered projects within accordance with the established scope
- Experienced with the total vehicle system
Compensation & Other Benefits:

- On Site 5 days per week, with some flexibility (project/workload dependent)
