Applications Design Engineer

Client Overview Our client is a highly regarded design and manufacturer of both off the shelf and bespoke high-speed equipment. They have global reach within their product line and their products sit within a plethora of applications. Job Responsibilities * Taking core products through to production from customer requirements * Involvement in bespoke/special projects with Design Team * Designing brackets for mountings, and shielding (high volume) * Direct Customer engagement * Detailing engineering drawings, creating bill of materials and parts lists Skill Required * 3 to 5 years in industry * Degree Educated or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering * Worked in a Manufacturing facility, having seen products go through the full life cycle * Experience with Mechanical and Machined part design is imperative Compensation & Other Benefits * £35,000 to £42,000 per annum * Life assurance, pension, private healthcare, 25 days holiday (+bank holidays) * Multidisciplinary work force, a great environment to learn and thrive Please note that our clients are unable to offer sponsorship for employment visas.
