Sapien Engineering are looking for a Systems Safety Engineer to join an aerospace business on a contract basis. The client is based in the Bedfordshire area. On site work is required with hybrid negotiated on a case-by-case basis. This will be to support a project in the Space sector. This is an initial 6–8-month contract, outside of IR35 paying circa £560 per day.

  • Knowledge across the full systems engineering lifecycle
  • Safety case and hazard log development
  • Knowledge and application of UK and international certification standards
  • Experience on space project essential
