Sapien Engineering are looking to hire a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business on a permanent basis. This will be based out of our office in Farnborough.

This is a permanent, entry level role paying circa £25,000.

Your New Role:

• Lead Candidate Resourcing and Account Management activity.
• Provide resource to the Engineering Permanent Team.
• Network within the Engineering space and become an expert in your field.
• Run targeted marketing campaigns – automated through database.
• Build your community/network of niche skilled candidates.

About You:

• Recruitment experience not paramount.
• Must have a willingness to lean and develop – full support provided.
• A self-motivated individual who is proactive and client centric.
• Natural ability to build relationships.
